Annual Bonus Atlantic Group is hiring a Strategic Finance AVP in Austin, TX for our client. This in‑office role drives strategic initiatives, financial modeling, and market analysis across PE, credit, and mortgage investments. You will evaluate new business opportunities, support long‑term planning, and lead financial strategy to drive growth. Ideal for finance professionals with experience in investment banking, corporate strategy, or real estate finance. Responsibilities
Strategic Planning : Identify and evaluate new business initiatives, market opportunities, and product strategies to support growth. Financial Modeling & Analysis : Develop detailed financial models and business cases for investments, forecasts, and performance assessments. Business Development : Collaborate with leadership on prospecting, client engagement, and pitch preparation for institutional investors. Client & Investor Relations : Maintain and strengthen relationships with key institutional clients and partners to drive strategic value. Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Partner with fundraising, asset management, and operations teams to align business objectives and improve efficiency. Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field required (MBA or CFA strongly preferred). Experience : 5+ years in strategic finance, investment banking, corporate development, or consulting within financial services, real estate, or mortgage sectors. Technical Skills : Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in financial modeling, valuation tools, and data visualization platforms preferred. Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of the residential mortgage market, whole loans, mortgage‑backed securities, and investment operations preferred. Skills & Attributes : Analytical and strategic, with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to excel in fast‑paced, collaborative settings. Benefits
