Temporary Receptionist

LHH Recruitment is working with a small insurance company in Central Phoenix. This company has a temporary receptionist need for the holiday season. This role requires flexibility, but it 8am-5pm when you are needed to work. The hourly rate is 20/hr. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area Provide administrative support to various departments as needed Qualifications:

Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor If you are interested, please apply now!

Pay Details:

$19.00 to $20.00 per hour
