Our client, a leading property management organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting residential communities. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Perform general repairs in individual apartments and across the complex, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and painting
Conduct preventive maintenance on buildings to ensure safety and functionality
Complete apartment turns efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Keep work areas clean and organized to promote safety and efficiency
Perform seasonal tasks such as mowing and snow/ice removal to maintain grounds
What's Needed?
Basic working knowledge of building maintenance, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and groundskeeping
Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail
Highly motivated with a positive attitude
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow-up, and follow through
Adherence to safety policies and procedures, including compliance with Fair Housing Laws
