On-site in El Paso, TX Hours:
Full-time with limited-service schedules available, Monday - Sunday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Evening shifts earn a 10% differential. In this role, you will: Support vulnerable communities by providing excellent customer service for routine inquiries. Utilize a computerized system for tracking and troubleshooting inquiries. Assist customers in understanding healthcare programs through responsive communication. Participate in paid, comprehensive training to equip you for success from day one. Compensation and Benefits: Base Pay: $16.91/hr + 10% shift differential for evening shifts. Generous bonuses: Includes a $750 new hire bonus and up to $2,200+ in potential bonuses.
