$16.91 plus a $750 new hire bonus and potential bonuses up to $2,200+ Schedule:

Utilize computerized systems for tracking information and troubleshooting. Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Assist customers with online applications and submissions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client regulations and policies. Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience. Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Regular attendance and participation in required training.
