We are looking for a skilled Workday Applications Developer experienced in utilizing the full range of Workday integration tools such as Studio, BIRT, Cloud Connectors, Enterprise Interface Builders (EIB), and Extend/Orchestrate.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot functionality and integration challenges, propose effective solutions, and build or modify integrations as necessary.
Conduct comprehensive system testing and implement solutions for integrations, configurations, and reports to ensure optimal performance.
Design, plan, and launch new Workday integrations utilizing Workday Studio, Cloud Connectors, Document Transformations, and EIB.
Engage with the Workday Community to stay abreast of the latest trends and updates, offering technical insights to advance system capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience in Software Development or Application Support.
Have 4+ years of experience in designing and supporting Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Absence, and Onboarding.
Demonstrated proficiency in Workday Studio, complex EIBs, BIRT, Core Connectors, and integrations with over 2 years of hands-on experience.
Experience with Configuration, Processes, Reporting, Calculated Fields, and XML/XSLT.
Exemplify strong customer relationship management and possess exceptional oral and written communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively.
Must have US Citizenship or permanent resident status, as required to access APL's facilities and networks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Prism, Extend, Workday Analytics, APIs (SOAP/REST), middleware, Cloud Connect, Business Process Framework, and Configurable Security.

Minimum Rate: $100,000 Annually
Maximum Rate: $227,500 Annually
