We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the front-line ambassador of our company, responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and service requests through multiple channels including phone, email, and chat.

Provide accurate information and solutions to customers in a timely manner.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Assist in the development of customer service procedures and policies to improve customer experience.

Work closely with other departments to ensure quality service and a seamless customer experience.

Identify common customer issues and provide feedback to management for service improvements.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Proven experience in customer service or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

Proficiency in using customer service software and tools, including CRM systems.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
