We are partnering with a cutting-edge security startup protecting the world's largest AI data center infrastructure. Backed by leaders from top AI labs, cybersecurity giants, and national security advisors, this company is designing FPGA-based security solutions to protect billions in AI assets globally. What You Will Do
You will design, build, and deliver FPGA/ASIC-based systems at the heart of our security product, handling unprecedented data bandwidth and ensuring tamper-proof security at scale. You'll lead customer discovery with data center partners, build production hardware, and scale solutions to secure facilities containing hundreds of thousands of GPUs. Ideal Candidate Background 4+ years of experience in FPGA/ASIC engineering or electrical engineering roles. Strong record of 0-to-1 hardware design experience, especially in high-speed networking, data center hardware, or security applications. Experience at high-caliber firms such as SpaceX, Anduril, Hadrian, Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepMind, Meta, Nvidia, Intel, TSMC, or defense/intelligence organizations. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (PhD preferred from top universities). Preferred Expertise in FPGA design, HDL, Verilog, digital circuit design, and low-level systems programming. Familiarity with data center architectures, confidential computing, secure enclaves, or trusted computing. Active contributor to technical projects (portfolio, GitHub, competitions) demonstrating deep craft and engineering talent. Compensation and Benefits Salary: $200k - $500k depending on experience and seniority Equity: 0.5% - 2.5% Visa sponsorship: Available for exceptional candidates High-impact work building security systems for the future of AI infrastructure Opportunity to work in a close-knit founding team shaping the foundation of secure AI compute globally
Salary Range: $200,000-$500,000 base.
