Night Shift Maintenance Mechanic - Competitive Pay with Shift Premium

Join our dynamic team as a Night Shift Maintenance Mechanic, where you will play a crucial role in keeping our production lines running smoothly. We offer a competitive hourly wage of $35-$42, plus a shift premium of $3/hr. Resolve technical issues on production lines and ensure equipment compliance with production procedures and specifications. Conduct repairs and maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and instruments to guarantee reliable performance. Perform skilled maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and building systems within our facility or production plant. Complete building maintenance and troubleshooting to meet or exceed plant and departmental goals, while maintaining safety and achieving quality objectives. Complete lift training courses and efficiently operate a forklift and high reach. Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track all maintenance work. Effectively troubleshoot and maintain production lines and batching/processing equipment. Qualifications and Additional Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent required; an Associate’s or technical degree is preferred. Must pass the tech 1 level of the Maintenance Technician test. 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, with diagnostic, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance expertise. Working knowledge of Programmable Logic Control (PLC), mechanical, electrical, lubrication, fabrication, pneumatic, and hydraulics is essential. Prior welding experience is a plus. Skills:
