We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced

Front Desk Coordinator . In this role, you will play a vital part in the daily operations of our company and contribute to creating a welcoming environment for clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees. As the first point of contact, your friendly and professional demeanor will set the tone for all interactions. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Answer and route incoming calls efficiently to the appropriate personnel, voice mail, or job site. Greet visitors (clients, employees, subcontractors, suppliers) upon arrival with a friendly and professional approach. Place outgoing calls as necessary. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, opening, date stamping, and logging. Process and distribute packages through various delivery services (US Mail, UPS, Federal Express, etc.). Maintain organized filing systems. Assist in the distribution of employee paychecks every Thursday from the reception desk. Perform miscellaneous clerical documentation as required. Ensure the front lobby office equipment is well-maintained. Order and manage office supplies. Print weekly JIPs and assist departments on special projects as needed. Send and receive faxes. Type memos, letters, and other documentation, while organizing and alphabetizing files. Complete additional assignments as directed by supervisors. Manage conference room schedules and maintain a tidy front office, reception, and conference areas. Attend necessary meetings. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of five years of experience in reception and clerical duties. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively. Strong communication skills with a focus on collaboration. Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system for incoming calls. Experience in data entry, recordkeeping, and filing, while managing multiple tasks. Excellent customer service skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge and experience in the construction industry is a plus. Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred. At Robert A.
