Acquisitions Manager

Responsibilities: • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM Qualifications: • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work • Preferred qualifications include over five years of experience as a real estate specialist, with a background in acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales.
