You will work alongside a successful Franchisee while receiving unprecedented support from one of the most successful brands in the country.

Your Impact

Working directly with the Owner/Operator, this position has high visibility throughout the organization The Talent Experience Manager should exhibit professionalism and maintain a high level of confidentiality while interacting with all levels of team members and external contactsManage recruiting (job postings, interviews, evaluations) Manage employee onboarding (forms, orientation, MVV sessions w Operator) Manage scheduling and payroll including requests for time off, schedule changes Manage all other aspects of talent: uniforms, complaints, terminations, safety Manage discipline (points system, write ups, etc) - schedules coaching discussions that are elevated beyond shift leaders Leads 'culture' team - employee engagement, fun, parties, recognition (anniversaries, birthdays, graduations, etc) Manages employee evaluation process: 30 day review, 6 month reviews, exit interviews/feedback (note that this role doesn't necessarily conduct each review but ensures that all are completed and documented in the set timeframe) Coordinates with Executive Director on training plans / )tracking who has done what and who needs to do what) - doesn't execute plans 10-20% Operations / Can serve as "Person in Charge" while in restaurant Background Profile

Bachelor's degree (preferred in HR, or equivalent of relevant experience) Leadership experience 1 Year of HR-related experience (preferred) SHRM or other HR Certifications (preferred) Passion for Chick-fil-A's Values Friendly and assertive personality HIGHLY detailed, organized and process oriented (required) Open Availability
