In this critical role, you will be a vital part of our finance leadership, responsible for overseeing global financial planning and integrating financial strategies with business operations. Your expertise will ensure robust financial management, enhance forecasting accuracy, and provide essential insights to executive leadership and our Board of Directors. You will lead long-term financial planning, scenario modeling, and enterprise risk management while supporting commercial operations with financial guidance on forecasting, pricing strategies, and ROI analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or CPA preferred, alongside a minimum of 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, particularly within publicly traded biopharmaceutical companies. A proven track record in managing financial planning within a high-growth, regulated industry, along with experience in commercial launches, global expansion, and manufacturing scale-up, is essential. Additionally, you will spearhead the FP&A function, optimize financial systems, and evaluate financial opportunities for development initiatives. Strong leadership skills are imperative as you will build and mentor a high-performing global finance team, fostering a culture of financial discipline and innovative thinking.
