Our client is a rapidly growing manufacturer of functional foods and supplements looking for for a hands-on
HR Leader
for their state-of-the-art facility near Las Vegas, Nevada. As both a strategic partner and a hands-on leader, you will be responsible for managing the full scope of HR functions at their manufacturing facility. You will ensure alignment of HR practices with company growth objectives and values, oversee the employee lifecycle, talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance, while contributing to strategic initiatives such as workforce planning, culture development, and organizational effectiveness. Relevant Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred. SPHR (or equivalent) preferred 10+ years of experience in HR, 5+ years in a senior leadership role. Well rounded HR & TA experience. Compensation/Benefits:
$200-240k plus generous annual bonus potential Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability insurance 401K with employer match Health Savings Account with employer contribution PTO/Holiday/Vacation Relocation package within the U.S. No sponsorship offered Key Responsibilities and Goals:
Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals across corporate and manufacturing operations. Oversee HR systems, metrics, and reporting to support data-driven decisions. Develop workforce and succession plans to meet current and future staffing needs. Oversee recruitment and onboarding. Lead organizational development, training, and leadership programs. Drive engagement through recognition, wellness, and team-building initiatives. Manage employee relations, ensuring timely, consistent, and fair resolution of issues. Maintain compliance with all labor laws and industry regulations. Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management programs. Partner with the safety team to promote workplace health and compliance. Competencies Needed for Success:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's preferred). HR certification (e.g., SPHR) preferred. 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ in senior leadership within a regulated manufacturing or industry. Deep knowledge of HR practices, compliance, and employment law. Proven success in employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR operations. Proficient in HRIS, ATS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
