Description: • The IT Director of Infrastructure and Security is responsible for overseeing the strategic management and operation of technology infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity processes. • This includes managing on-premises and cloud-based production environments, networking, desktop hardware and software, database systems, and security operations. • The role ensures operational excellence and collaborates with service providers to support cloud-based business systems.
Responsibilities: • Supervise and guide IT managers, database administrators, project managers, and technical support teams. • Assess system and staff performance to align with organizational objectives. • Collaborate with IT leadership to drive strategic technology initiatives. • Lead planning and execution of technology infrastructure and security strategies. • Advise senior leadership on industry trends, cybersecurity practices, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning. • Oversee cybersecurity programs to protect organizational data assets. • Provide security awareness and training across the organization.
Required Skills: • Extensive experience in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and security operations. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Expertise in systems engineering, network administration, and data center management. • Experience in security operations, risk assessment, and compliance. • Knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity planning. • Ability to collaborate with executive leadership on IT governance and priorities.
Desired Skills: • Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technology innovations. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. • Experience in managing relationships with service providers.
Compensation: Pay Range: $112000K-$160000K
