Entry Level - Accounting Position!

Job Description

Under the direction of the Accounting Manager, the Accounts Receivable Auditor will be responsible for auditing and reconciling daily accounts receivable transactions and completing other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Generate daily cash drawers from the company system.

Generate Point of Sale and credit card reports from the company system.

Reconcile with Point of Sale and store location cash drawer.

Process all month-end duties to completion.

Verify the Fortiva (credit card) reports to the funding received.

Order bank bags for store locations.

Assist store locations with customer orders.

Maintain the over/short funding on a daily basis.

Other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or GED required

1 year of Accounts Receivable experience

Attention to detail, organization, ability to prioritize work flow according to demands

Strong communication skills

Ability to collect and analyze information

Problem-solving skills

Maintain strict confidentiality

Strong Access and MS Office skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Retail experience is a plus

Experience with ERP Systems, data mining, modeling and analysis is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
