In this critical role, you will lead the charge in fortifying the firm's resilience by identifying and mitigating new and emerging risks. You will play a key part in crafting and executing robust risk management frameworks that align with both the company's strategic goals and regulatory standards. Your expertise will help in refining existing risk policies and enhancing controls, while leading a dedicated team in evaluating governance frameworks. A successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, possess at least 10 years of experience in risk management or finance, and demonstrate a profound understanding of risk principles and regulations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential, along with a proven track record in developing risk management strategies. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification is considered a plus.
