We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that each customer interaction is positive and productive.
Job: On site Location: Minneapolis, MN Pay Range: $900 - $1250 per week
Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Provide accurate information regarding products and services offered. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system. Assist customers with order processing and tracking shipments. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus. Proven experience in a customer support role, ideally in a retail or service-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently while managing time efficiently. Benefits
