Maintenance Technician - CNC Repairman
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician - CNC Repairman to join our team for the 1st shift in Bowerston, OH. This role involves the operation and repair of CNC machinery, multi-axis machines, and supporting tooling and fixturing. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating, revising, and verifying drawings and 3-D solid models, as well as programming CNC equipment using Master CAM. Responsibilities
Operate and repair CNC machinery, multi-axis machines, and 3-D models. Create, revise, and verify drawings, 3-D solid models, and machine coding. Perform frequent machine setups and changeovers for one-off jobs. Operate, edit, and program CNC equipment. Use Master CAM to program and edit jobs. Read blueprints and use precision measuring tools. Essential Skills
3+ years of CNC machining experience. Experience with Master CAM, Auto CAD, or Solid Works. Minor programming skills to edit and write code. Machine setup skills for changeovers. Experience with blueprints and tolerancing. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Advanced programming skills. Experience in wood machining. Familiarity with other CAD or CAM software. Why Work Here?
