Billing Manager - Law Firm Experience

Ascendo Resources is recruiting on behalf of a respected law firm in Dallas seeking a
Billing Manager
with strong leadership skills and law firm billing experience. This is a full-time, bonus-eligible role offering long-term growth and a competitive compensation package.
Schedule: First 90 Days:
Onsite Monday-Friday Post-Probation:
Hybrid schedule with at least 3 days onsite per week (2 remote days based on Business Director's preference) Base Salary Range:
$116,000 - $135,000 (flexible based on experience)
Bonus Eligible:
Yes
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the billing department, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing. Oversee high-volume billing operations and compliance with client guidelines. Collaborate with attorneys, finance, and administrative teams to resolve billing issues. Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements. Ensure proper use of billing systems and maintain documentation standards. Qualifications:
Proven experience as a billing manager in a law firm setting. Strong understanding of legal billing procedures and client requirements. Proficiency in Aderant billing software. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Benefits:
