Our platform empowers businesses to run smarter, faster, and more efficiently, bridging the gaps between design, production, and delivery for those who craft architectural millwork, cabinetry, and casework. But what truly sets us apart is our people. Founded in 2016, INNERGY is powered by a diverse, distributed team across the globe. We bring decades of software experience and a shared passion for solving real problems in real industries. We're collaborative, creative, and deeply committed to building tools that make a difference and fostering a culture where everyone can thrive.

Now, with exciting momentum and a recent acquisition, INNERGY is entering a high-growth phase. We're scaling quickly and thoughtfully- bringing in top talent and new ideas to help us reach the next level. It's an incredible time to join a team where your contributions will have real impact, your voice will be heard, and your work will help shape the future of a fast-evolving company and industry. At INNERGY, we believe that how we work matters just as much as what we build. Our culture is rooted in curiosity, continuous improvement, and a drive to create "raving fans", both in our customer base and on our team.

About the Role

As our Director of IT, you'll be both a strategic architect and a hands-on leader, shaping how technology empowers our people and propels our growth. You'll oversee everything from infrastructure and security to vendor partnerships and employee experience, ensuring our systems are reliable, secure, and scalable for what's ahead.

This is an opportunity to lead a small but mighty team, partner closely with the CTO, and unify IT operations across INNERGY and Microvellum. You'll build structure, streamline processes, and strengthen our security posture all while keeping our teams connected and productive around the world.

What You'll Do:

Strategic Leadership

Define and execute a cohesive IT strategy aligned with company goals and growth plans. Partner with executive leadership to ensure IT enables innovation, scalability, and operational excellence. Lead governance, architecture, and process alignment across both organizations. Operational Excellence

Oversee IT service delivery, infrastructure, and end-user experience globally. Establish and manage SLAs with outsourced IT providers. Own device lifecycle management, onboarding/offboarding, and support standards. Security & Compliance

Strengthen the company's security posture and lead compliance readiness (SOC 2, ISO 27001). Implement and maintain tools such as password managers, endpoint protection, and access controls. Build a culture of security awareness and accountability across teams. Vendor & Budget Management

Own IT budgets, investments, and vendor relationships. Negotiate contracts with IT outsourcers, SaaS vendors, and cloud providers. Optimize overlapping systems and tools as part of post-merger integration. Integration & Transformation

Unify IT systems, tools, and standards across INNERGY and Microvellum. Drive migrations to modern cloud environments (Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID). Develop clear KPIs and reporting for visibility into IT performance. Spend time on-site in the U.S. and with our R&D team in Poland to align global operations. What You Bring

Proven experience leading IT in a distributed or global environment (Director or Senior Manager level). Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, and hybrid infrastructure management. Experience overseeing outsourced IT providers and complex integrations or migrations. Strong background in IT security, governance, and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, or equivalent). Track record of driving IT transformations and leading through change (mergers, system consolidations, etc.). Financial and operational acumen & skilled at budgeting, vendor management, and cost optimization. Exceptional communication and leadership skills; equally comfortable with executives and engineers. Willingness to travel and spend extended time in U.S. and European offices. What Success Looks Like

Unified IT operations with clear ownership, accountability, and transparency. Seamless cloud migrations and optimized infrastructure performance. Security roadmap in motion and actively strengthening organizational resilience. Strong alignment and performance from outsourced IT partners. A connected, empowered workforce supported by world-class IT experiences. Notice on Location Eligibility
