Your ability to communicate effectively and empathize with customers will be essential in resolving inquiries and complaints efficiently. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others and can adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Assist customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries. Document customer interactions in the database accurately and promptly. Provide product information and support to customers in a timely manner. Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate departments as necessary. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with company policies. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or relevant field is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. Familiarity with customer service software and support tools. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed. Benefits
