Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic customer service team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls in a courteous and efficient manner. Provide information and support to customers regarding products and services. Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our database. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved satisfactorily. Meet and exceed individual performance goals and metrics set by the management. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer service is a plus. Proven experience in a call center or customer service role preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle stressful situations and manage complaints professionally. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically on the spot. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with call center software. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required. Benefits
