In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with regional and senior executives to drive HR initiatives that support our commitment to employee engagement, organizational culture, talent acquisition, and professional development. Your responsibilities will also include promoting a safe work environment and supporting operational needs. If you are a customer-centric and associate-focused leader, this is your opportunity to partner with regional presidents and functional leaders to effectively implement corporate, market, and regional HR strategies. Key responsibilities: Lead talent development and succession planning initiatives. Oversee performance management processes. Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies. To be successful, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, alongside a minimum of 7 years of strategic HR leadership experience, preferably in multi-site and multi-state environments. You should be well-versed in HR and business practices, possess strong consultative and communication skills, and demonstrate effective management of personnel resources. A valid driver's license is required, and HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are preferred. The ideal candidate will showcase critical thinking, problem-solving, and decisive leadership skills while fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace culture.
