Job Summary

Provide ongoing support of real estate transaction activities on behalf of BKM Capital Partners and its partners. Command mastery in the acquisition and disposition of real estate properties. Coordinate field resources and other stakeholders with acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalizations and financing.

This role is 100% in-office due to the collaborative nature of our organization.

List of Key Responsibilities **

Assist in and coordinate the following Acquisition, Disposition and Reporting activities.

Assist in solicitation of Due Diligence service provider's proposals and management of services. Track service provider deliverables and costs

Process and coding of department related invoices

Assist in preparation and updating of Acquisition closing, Loan and Disposition expense budget and property level Due Diligence check list

Assist in the Due Diligence and Loan process including management of schedules, status and meetings

Coordinate the solicitation, receipt, review and approval of all tenant estoppels

Coordinate and track Lender required estoppels and SNDAs

Assembly of document, reports and information required by loan placement agents, lenders and appraisers

Coordination with Title and Escrow including solicitation of Preliminary Title Reports and coordination of Legal review

Assist in the preparation of closing proration's and Closing Statements

Research and maintain market data

Maintain Acquisition Tracking Report

Maintain Acquisition and Disposition master file including offering memorandums, property data and Disposition document center for each property

Prepare marketing data, maps, photos, site plans and other statistics for use in Investment Committee and Due Diligence Memos

Perform other duties as requested by BKM commensurate with your qualifications and experience

Education and Experience:

BA/BS degree required

3-5 years of diversified commercial real estate experience (Title/Escrow, Transactions, Management, Leasing, Development, Investment and/ or Finance)

2-3 years experience with commercial assets essential, industrial a plus

2-3 years experience in Acquisitions and/ or Dispositions

Knowledge of the concepts such as: Special Purpose Entities, Tenant Estoppels, Purchase and Sale Agreements, SNDA’s and other terms relevant to Transaction activity

Project Management experience preferred
