This significant role will shape and implement a forward-thinking people strategy that aligns seamlessly with our mission and values while enhancing performance, retention, and innovation. As a vital member of our leadership team, you will act as a strategic business partner, culture architect, and operational leader. Your focus will include executive leadership, strategic partnerships, organizational development, talent management, and performance enhancement. You will spearhead transformative initiatives across employee experience, DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging), and people operations, directly linking employee experience to business success. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of progressive HR experience with a strong history of serving as a strategic advisor to the C-Suite. You should possess deep expertise in organizational development, DEIB strategies, change management, talent planning, and employee relations. A profound understanding of the employee lifecycle and the skills to craft equitable and inclusive processes are essential. We are seeking a leader who has successfully scaled people programs in fast-paced, creative, or media-oriented environments, complemented by a strong analytical mindset and outstanding communication, influence, and conflict resolution skills. A true builder and system thinker, the Vice President of People Strategy will be expected to balance both strategic and tactical operations while modeling inclusive leadership and collaboration within our teams.
