Description
Itemized Responsibities Respond to customers inquiries via phone and email. Track and trace freight at different customers and locations. Invoicing. Resolve customer issues by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Work with various steamship lines and/or freight customers release dates. Navigate through systems for problem solving. Daily monitoring of all systems activity related to customer orders, and shipments. Assist in the coordination to meet customer specific KPI's (metrics) with leadership team. Respond in a timely and professional manner to internal and external customer e-mails, inquiries, needs, questions, issues, and concerns. Establish a solid working relationship / rapport with all internal and external customers. Prepare and distribute required customer reports on open orders and short orders. Update customer profile information/guides/SOPs for all assigned accounts. Perform other duties as assigned.
Salary: $21 per hour
