Our client, located in Walford, IA is seeking a customer service representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, able to multi-task and proficient written and oral communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Walford, IA

Pay Range: $19.00 an hour

Hours Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

What's the Job?

Customer Service-working with customers regarding shipments

Data Entry

Written and oral communications

Attention to detail and accuracy

What's Needed?

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Excellent Communication and Computer skills

Professional and High level of customer service

Excellent Organizational skills

Able to work in an office and in a warehouse if needed

Telephone Skills
