We're hiring a
Warehouse Supervisor
to lead operations across a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for team leadership, inventory accuracy, and ensuring safe, efficient material flow to support production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily warehouse operations and a team of 6-10 staff
Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of materials
Maintain inventory accuracy and manage cycle counts
Ensure safe use of forklifts, cranes, and other equipment
Collaborate with production and shipping teams
Train staff and drive process improvements
Monitor KPIs like on-time delivery and labor productivity
Qualifications:
3-5 years of warehouse/logistics experience
1-2 years in a leadership role preferred
Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment

Pay Details:
$60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
