You will play a crucial role in the go-to-market organization, shaping and executing comprehensive onboarding, training, and continuous education initiatives. This position is essential for optimizing the performance and scalability of our rapidly growing sales, client services, and marketing teams. Working alongside executive leadership and various stakeholders, you will assess training needs, create impactful content, and manage the training process for new product and feature launches. The ideal candidate boasts a robust background in revenue and sales enablement, especially within B2B technology-enabled services or software firms, along with a successful track record of developing and overseeing employee training programs. We are seeking candidates with substantial experience in complex, high-ACV solutions sold to C-level executives. You should have in-depth knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and sales collateral design. Experience in instructional design and proficiency in essential software tools, such as CRM systems, conversation intelligence, and knowledge management platforms, are crucial. As the VP, you will be responsible for the outcomes of training programs, measuring their impact, and continually refining them to enhance effectiveness. Collaboration with product marketing and revenue operations teams is vital, as is the ability to lead a team of enablement professionals as the organization expands.
