We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Distribution Supervisor
to lead and coordinate daily warehouse and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and accurate movement of goods, uphold company standards, and lead a team to meet or exceed operational goals. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day distribution and warehouse activities including receiving, order picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control
Lead and coach a team of warehouse associates to meet performance and safety expectations
Monitor KPIs and workflow efficiency to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate inventory management
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and OSHA standards
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, customer service, inventory) to resolve issues
Manage labor planning, shift scheduling, and timekeeping for warehouse staff
Assist in process improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and reduce costs
Train and onboard new team members
Handle conflict resolution and performance management
Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and tools
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
3+ years of warehouse/distribution experience, including 1+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Forklift certification is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
