Job Description & Requirements • Specialty: Radiology Technologist • Discipline: Allied Health Professional • Start Date: ASAP • Duration: 13 weeks • 40 hours per week • Shift: 10 hours • Employment Type: Travel Job Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced Radiology Technologist - X-Ray for a day shift travel assignment requiring travel experience and a Wisconsin or compact license.
Responsibilities • Work in an X-ray department within a hospital setting • Day shift position, 4x10 hour shifts per week with shift start times varying based on unit needs • Rotation for call, holidays, and weekends is required • Patient caseload and specific procedures typical for general X-ray in an acute care setting • Epic EMR experience is preferred • Return travelers are eligible if they have not worked at the facility in the past year • Allergy accommodations for latex cannot be provided • Travel pairs are accepted for this assignment • Completion of required orientation modules within the first 8 hours of orientation • Professional appearance in line with hospital dress code is expected • Two supervisor references will be required after offer • Modules are recorded via facility report Requirements • Current Wisconsin or compact state Radiologic Technologist license required in hand at time of consideration (license required if applicable) • Minimum of 1 year X-ray experience • Prior travel healthcare experience required • Ability to participate in call, holiday, and weekend rotations • Compliance with 50-mile radius rule for local candidates Benefits • High Pay and Bonuses • Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options • 401(k) Plan • Weekly Payroll Deposit • Free Online CEUs • Generous Housing Allowance • Travel and Licensure Reimbursements • Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy • Traveler Rewards and Discounts
