NO C2C or 3rd PARTY PARTNERSHIPS Job Title Business Banking Recruiter Location Columbus, Detroit, Chicago, Cleveland, Twin Cities, Charlotte, NC Job Type Contract Job Summary The Business Banking Recruiter ( Banking experience is a MUST ) is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for business banking roles. This individual will develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Partner with business banking leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track recruitment activities and ensure compliance with hiring policies. Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry hiring trends. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to enhance the candidate experience and onboarding process. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and company policies. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within business banking or financial services. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software. Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
