We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Recruiter with proven experience supporting US public sector clients. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for recruiters who thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment and are passionate about connecting top IT talent with mission-critical government projects.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and qualify IT professionals for contract, Contract to hire and full-time roles with US state, and local government clients

Navigate complex compliance requirements (e.g., security clearances, citizenship/work authorization)

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of cleared and non-cleared candidates across technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, Cybersecurity, etc.)

Collaborate with account managers and delivery leads to understand client needs and project timelines

Leverage Boolean search, job boards, ATS, and social platforms (e.g., Dice, Monster, LinkedIn) for proactive sourcing

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to client-specific onboarding and compliance protocols

Required Qualifications

1-5 years of experience in IT & ERP recruitment, with at least 1 year focused on US public sector clients

Strong understanding of US staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099) and state hiring nuances

Excellent communication skills and ability to work in US time zones (EST/CST preferred)

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setup
