Through WindMass Credit, we will leverage our deep market expertise to originate, fund, and structure real estate-backed loans. This strategic expansion enables us to offer customized financing solutions while utilizing our comprehensive understanding of real estate assets to accurately assess collateral and manage risk. By integrating credit capabilities, we further strengthen our ability to support clients across both investment and lending opportunities—bringing a differentiated approach to acquiring, developing, and investing in properties. We are building this platform with the expertise of a structured finance firm, with a focus on privately securitized debt, and drawing on our working knowledge of agency programs and the leveraged finance markets. This foundation enhances our ability to create innovative, flexible capital solutions that meet the evolving needs of borrowers and investors, while strategically evaluating new debt opportunities. Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our lending team. The Analyst will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, analyzing financial and credit data, and assisting in the preparation of credit memos and underwriting packages. This role plays a key part in supporting sound credit decisions and ensuring high-quality loan portfolio performance. Key Responsibilities: Analyze borrower financial statements, tax returns, and credit reports to assess repayment ability and risk Review loan applications for completeness and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements Assist in the preparation of underwriting packages and present findings to credit committees or senior management Monitor existing loans for performance trends and covenant compliance Perform market research and collateral valuation comparisons to support credit decisions Maintain accurate records in loan processing and CRM systems Coordinate with originators, underwriters, and external parties (e.g., appraisers, legal counsel) to facilitate loan closings Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in loan analysis, credit underwriting, or financial services Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with rating agencies, including the credit rating process for public debt, and an ability to navigate rating criteria for securitized or capital markets transactions. Preferred: Experience with commercial, real estate, or consumer lending Familiarity with lending software systems and credit analysis tools Knowledge of regulatory lending guidelines (e.g., FDIC, Fannie/Freddie, SBA)
