What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Deliver incident investigation and response services to insured clients
Collect, transmit, and store digital evidence in a forensically sound manner
Analyze digital evidence to identify indicators of compromise and adversary activity
Develop incident reports and recommendations for risk mitigation for impacted clients
Participate in incident recovery activities, including data restoration and network rebuilding
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, incident response, or incident recovery
Strong oral and written communication skills
Previous hands‑on experience in digital forensics and incident response
Willingness to travel as needed to perform job functions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Significant coursework in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or cybersecurity
Background in law enforcement or military with experience in complex technical investigations
Knowledge of cloud security products and services from major providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google)
Experience with a top‑10 cyber consulting firm or leading DFIR provider
One or more industry cybersecurity certifications (e.g., GCIH, Security+, CISSP)
