Looking for an
Assistant Project Manager
to join a well-established
commercial general contractor
with a strong reputation for quality, integrity, and employee growth.
This is a great opportunity to work on
diverse, high-profile commercial projects , from ground-up developments to complex renovations, while learning directly from some of the best Project Managers and Superintendents in the industry.
What You’ll Do
Support the Project Manager in coordinating all phases of commercial construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout
Assist with
budgeting, scheduling, submittals, RFIs, and procurement
Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success
Review drawings and specifications, and help maintain accurate project documentation
Contribute to a positive, solutions-oriented team culture
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in
commercial construction
(internships count!)
A degree in
Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.) a plus
A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn and grow
