Job Description Regal Staffing Services is now hiring Automation Technicians in Arlington, TX (76011)! The Automation Technician will support daily manufacturing operations and ensure all automated equipment runs efficiently and reliably. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing automated machinery used throughout the production process. You will assist with equipment setup, programming, and calibration, as well as perform routine maintenance and system upgrades to minimize downtime. Working closely with engineering and production teams, you’ll help identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, enhance product quality, and maintain system reliability. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on technical work, solving complex problems, and working with advanced automation technology in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Pay Rate: Starting at $19+/hour, depending on experience

Available Shifts:

3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Design, program, and test automated machinery and processes

Implement process improvements focused on efficiency, quality, and cost savings

Integrate new equipment into existing production systems

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime

Lead or assist with audits to identify automation opportunities

Provide training and technical support to team members

Prepare performance reports and maintain accurate calibration data

Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure safety compliance

Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or Trade School or related field

Hands‑on experience with automation systems, PLCs, HMIs, and software integration

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD design

Familiarity with scripting or programming such as Python, C, or Java is a plus

Knowledge of GMPs and safety standards
