Duties

Serve as a senior analyst supporting the Chief Enterprise Architecture and Chief Technology Officer in DLA Information Operations.

Work with stakeholders to plan, develop, and align IT technology architecture, strategies, initiatives, roadmaps, resources, and measures to business outcomes.

Coordinate reviews and recommendations with affected IT sustainment and functional organizations; prepare reports for DLA CTO.

Integrate DLA and DoD component functional and technical requirements with counterparts across DoD; implement plans for design, enhancement, maintenance, and sustainment of DLA technologies.

Serve as liaison and requirements facilitator between DLA internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications To qualify, candidates must have:

One year of specialized experience at the GS‑14 level, equivalent to GS‑13 or comparable pay system experience.

Time‑in‑grade and competitive appointment eligibility.

Specialized experience must include at least one of the following:

Analysis of technology effectiveness against functional and technical requirements.

Identification and comparison of IT technology solutions aligned with DLA goals and Enterprise Architecture.

Development of policy, procedures, and market research supporting technology modernization efforts.

Evaluation of vendor cost, business capability alignment, and usage within DLA inventory.

Configuration management of the agency technology reference model and governance of technology change.

Recommendation and advice to DLA CEA/CTO on technology effectiveness.

Review of functional requirements and design of enterprise‑wide IT solutions.

Leadership of functional and technical teams in analysis of alternatives.
