Position/Compensation:
Full-time; $50,000–$70,000 annually + standard company benefits.

Description We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Brand Partnerships team. This role focuses on designing and producing artwork for textiles and home goods—primarily towels and blankets. You’ll help create original artwork, trims, packaging, and pitch decks for collaborations with iconic brands such as Kith, Coors, Grateful Dead, Kelly Slater Surf Ranch, Liquid Death, Ohana Festival, Ace Hotel, and more.
What You’ll Do
Research brand partners to identify creative opportunities and design products that align with their aesthetic.
Design and prepare mock-ups, pitch decks, and co-branded visuals for partnerships.
Create original artwork, custom fabric patterns, and print repeats for textiles and home goods.
Develop tech packs detailing artwork, trims, and packaging for production.
Design and refine sales decks, marketing emails, and presentation materials for internal and client use.
Ensure brand consistency and maintain high attention to detail across all creative assets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects on tight deadlines.
Stay current on design trends and tools, bringing fresh ideas to every project.
Who You Are
3–5+ years of professional design experience (apparel or home goods preferred)
Strong understanding of textile design principles and product construction
Elevated sense of design with excellent typography, composition, and color skills
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with XD or Figma is a plus
Experienced in creating custom artwork, patterns, and repeats for textiles
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail—both visually and grammatically
Strong communicator who can take creative direction and integrate feedback gracefully
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment
Local to Southern California
Requirements
3–5+ years in a similar design role
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
Familiarity with Asana, Slack, and Figma for collaboration and project management
Background or strong interest in action sports, fashion, or lifestyle industries
Willingness to travel for brand activations or on-site meetings
Entrepreneurial mindset: creative, resourceful, and adaptable
