Position Overview
Entegee Engineering is actively seeking an Electrical Engineer in Lafayette, IN. This position manages and implements engineering projects for plant production and equipment manufacturing.
This role is onsite and offers relocation assistance on a case-by-case basis. Remote candidates will not be considered at this time.
Compensation Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Manage electrical engineering projects to meet design parameters, cost restraints, and installation schedules.
Research costs and submit work orders for projects and programs.
Ensure procurement of materials for projects while maintaining cost records.
Assist with implementation of cost reduction programs through engineering design.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or Associate's degree with 3+ years of experience in Industrial Manufacturing.
Proficiency in PLC logic design and troubleshooting, specifically Allen Bradley.
Experience with VFD controls programming across various brands.
Expertise in HMI design and programming across various brands.
Knowledge of circuit design, plant engineering operations, magnet wire production equipment, industrial power distribution systems, and electrical codes.
