Position Overview We are seeking a skilled

Project Manager

to lead the planning and execution of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate has a strong background managing projects in the $5M–$50M range, demonstrates exceptional client communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.

Lead project teams through all phases—from preconstruction and buyout to completion and turnover.

Manage project cost controls, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and overall documentation.

Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and project success.

Conduct regular jobsite visits and progress meetings to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance.

Forecast and report on project performance, proactively identifying risks or schedule impacts.

Support company culture centered around collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

7+ years of experience

managing commercial construction projects.

Proven ability to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget.

Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Deep understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, and project financials.
