Job Summary The Community Specialist executes the store’s community strategy, engaging the local community through relationship building, events, and supporting product seeding and studio partners.

Core Responsibilities

Collaborate with store leadership to bring community strategy to life.

Establish and manage local key relationships (Ambassadors, studio owners, and other relevant partners) to increase new guest acquisition and retention.

Engage with the local community to identify future ambassador or partner opportunities and increase the store’s standing as a community hub.

Connect with guests on the floor to assess their unique needs, provide technical product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs into a seamless end‑to‑end guest experience.

Attend, support, and/or host local and regional community events.

Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and ambassadors.

Review community‑relevant business data and metrics to identify and share insights and recommendations with store leadership regarding community events, projects, or initiatives.

Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences to ensure a supportive, productive, and fun experience for all team members.

Job Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.

Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.

Minimum 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement, or community building.

Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (preferred).

Strong inclusion and diversity values; ability to build professional relationships and partnerships.

Excellent planning, organization, and collaboration skills.

Self‑leadership and communication skills to convey information effectively.

Schedule & Availability

Shifts may vary based on store needs: mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Special events, peak times, or other circumstances may require early mornings or late nights/overnights for some employees.

Compensation & Benefits Base pay: $22.50 – $25.89 per hour (subject to minimum wage in the location).

Target bonus: $2.00 per hour.

Total base pay range: $24.50 – $27.89 per hour.
