Our client is looking to bring on a local DevOps Engineer specializing within cloud technologies, integrations, and automation in an enterprise level environment. This person will help lead the automation and integration of cloud-based services across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS environments. This person will work hands-on with tools like webMethods and Kafka to build and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines, deploy containerized applications, and manage cloud infrastructure. This person will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate enterprise platforms, implement monitoring and observability solutions, and ensure reliable, secure, and efficient delivery of services in dynamic environments. Responsibilities
Lead automation and integration of cloud-based services across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS environments. Work hands-on with tools such as webMethods and Kafka to build and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines, deploy containerized applications, and manage cloud infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate enterprise platforms. Implement monitoring and observability solutions to ensure reliability, security, and efficiency of services. Support dynamic environments with proactive problem solving and continual improvement. Required Skills and Experience
Over 9 years of experience in an enterprise environment within DevOps, cloud technologies, and system integrations. Strong hands-on experience with integration and DevOps tools such as webMethods, Kafka, GitLab CI/CD, and OpenShift. Extensive experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS deployments. Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform for automated provisioning and management of cloud resources. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, GKE) for containerization and orchestration. Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, and AppDynamics. Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, and PowerShell, with solid Linux administration knowledge. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with leaders and executives.
