luxury fashion brand , is looking to hire a
Temporary IT Store Technician (Level 2)
to join the team onsite in
Miami, Florida . This is a full-time, temporary position that will start immediately and continue for 3-6 months. Candidates must have a valid drivers license and be comfortable traveling to local stores for IT support. Job Duties Include: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems in a retail environment. Handle all service requests in a timely and effective manner from stores, including setup of store workstations and relocation of IT devices. Manage backlog of incidents and requests, ensuring all tickets are kept up to date with accurate and detailed information. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to L3 support teams. Resolve issues remotely for other stores located in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil regions when not providing support in-person.
Job Qualifications Include: 3+ years of experience in IT support within a retail environment. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues. ServiceNow and ITSM tool experience is a MUST. Experience with point-of-sale systems, particularly Cegid Y2. Committed to delivering high-quality service with a customer centric approach. Valid drivers license and car for travelling to stores in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area.
