Job Summary
Looking for IT Support Specialists with 2+ years of experience.
Contract to hire roles – Must be a USA citizen.
Onsite roles in Irving, TX – Local candidates only.
Pay rate: $30/hr on W2.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM (30‑minute lunch). Location: Irving, TX.
Daily Responsibilities
Provide support for PC, network, and server hardware and software applications, including MS Outlook, MS Office, Virtual Desktop, VPN, Active Directory, MDT imaging, Cisco network hardware, facility cabling, RF equipment, and various end‑user applications.
Administer Sysaid or other IT ticketing systems and support various end‑user devices.
Maintain and configure warehouse devices such as printers, RF units, and terminals.
Monitor on‑site IS systems, including backups, UPS, and server/network equipment.
Provide remote support for facilities and associates.
Engage with external vendors for support and services.
Support mobile device setup, deployment, and maintenance.
Monitor and maintain on‑site IS systems such as backups, UPS, and server/network equipment.
Qualifications
Level 1 or Level 2 help desk experience.
Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, and workstation support.
Experience with Sysaid ticketing system and ServiceNow/Sysaid incident, problem, and change management processes.
Understanding of Windows installation and configuration.
Knowledge of modern OS deployment methodologies.
Fundamental understanding of network concepts (DNS, DHCP, firewalls, proxies).
Experience managing and configuring desktop security tools and settings.
Familiarity with driver and firmware management techniques.
Generalized knowledge of Citrix, Azure AD, and Microsoft cloud offerings.
Background in managing application and machine virtualization products (Hyper‑V, RemoteApp, Citrix, WVD).
ITIL knowledge.
