This person is responsible to lead the membership experience for the Verandah Club by overseeing all aspects of club operations, member billing, retention, and sales initiatives.

What will I be doing? As a Health Club Manager, you would be responsible of leading the membership experience for the Verandah Club by overseeing all aspects of club operations, member billing, retention, and sales initiatives. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards :
Manage all aspects of membership billing, renewals, applications, and database accuracy.
Ensure timely invoicing, payment processing, and reporting for financial transparency.
Develop and execute retention strategies to maintain high satisfaction and minimize cancellations.
Act as the primary contact for member inquiries, issues, and feedback, resolving concerns promptly.
Implement regular touchpoints (emails, check-ins, surveys) to strengthen member relationships.
Plan and execute membership sales campaigns, referral programs, and promotional offers to drive new sign-ups.
Collaborate with marketing and operations to develop creative sales materials and outreach.
Track and analyze sales and retention metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate with Fitness Center Supervisors to ensure member-facing operations (locker rooms, amenities, classes) meet brand standards.
Support scheduling of membership-related staff and ensure consistent service quality.
Train front-line membership staff on billing procedures, upselling techniques, and guest service standards.
Foster a sales-driven, member-centric culture among team members.
