Pay and Benefits

Base pay range: $66.00/hr – $70.00/hr

Hire at: $66/hr – $70/hr

Clinician I salary earned upon completion of training and a positive 6‑month review; promotion to Clinician II thereafter.

Responsibilities

Conduct medical and social history reviews for both male and female reproductive health patients.

Perform appropriate screening procedures and examinations.

Interpret laboratory data and order additional investigations.

Provide contraceptive methods, including self‑administered options and injections.

Assess and manage basic STIs and genitourinary conditions.

Provide medication abortion, emergency contraceptive education, and treatment of uncomplicated STIs.

Offer wart and basic dermatologic procedures.

Administer gender‑affirming hormone therapy and related care.

Offer premenopausal and menopausal health services.

Act as a medical consultant to clinic staff and manage emergency situations.

Participate in staff meetings, contribute to clinic productivity, and provide training on current medical procedures.

Assist in other center support activities as required.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), Women’s Health NP (WHNP), or Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) program.

Current, unrestricted license to practice in the state of California.

Board certification.

CPR/BLS certification (current or within 30 days of hire).

Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to thrive in a team‑based environment.

Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Windows).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in reproductive health, OB/GYN, gender‑affirming care, or family planning.

Commitment to providing respectful, inclusive, and affirming care to all patients.
