Monday–Friday | 32 hours weekly
Caseload:
Elementary | Approximately 50 students
Soliant is partnering with a Connecticut school district to fill a
Speech Therapist
position for the 2025–2026 academic year. This is an on‑site, school‑based role working with elementary students to enhance speech, language, and communication skills in a supportive environment.
Job Duties
Deliver speech and language therapy aligned with student IEPs.
Conduct evaluations and collaborate on intervention strategies.
Track progress and maintain timely documentation.
Partner with classroom teachers and families to promote student success.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Speech Pathology or related field.
Connecticut Department of Education (DOE) Certification.
Current CT Speech‑Language Pathologist License.
Experience in school settings is a plus.
Compensation:
BR: TBA | Weekly pay through Soliant. Compensation ranges from $40.92 to $60.92. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
