Position Overview The firm is seeking a commercial real estate associate with 3 to 5 years of commercial real estate transactional experience. Applicants must be skilled in drafting land purchase agreements, cost sharing agreements, operating agreements, and real estate finance documents. The ideal candidate will represent a diverse range of clients—including private and institutional developers, investors, lenders, homebuilders, and public entities—in complex real estate transactions from concept to completion. Base salary, benefits, and bonus structure are based on experience.
Requirements Include
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the State Bar of Georgia
Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing commercial real estate law
Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to draft and negotiate complex legal documents
Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Salary from $150,000 to $200,000 per year
